We quote a clear, flat price up front before any work starts — no surprise add-ons, and no charge for changing your mind. Repairs like a failed element or thermostat are typically far cheaper than a new tank, and we will tell you honestly which one makes sense.

Yes. We provide a one year warranty on our workmanship. If something we installed or repaired gives you trouble within that year, call us and we will come back out and make it right. Manufacturer coverage on the tank itself is separate and included with your new unit.

Shut off the water supply and the breaker to the heater if it is actively leaking, then call. Same-day and next-day service is usually available, and we carry common tank sizes on the truck so most jobs are done in one visit.

Yes. Removal and disposal of your old unit is part of every replacement. We lay down drop cloths, protect your floors, and clean up before we leave.
